Location:

The points 77.26 (Seven Tigers) is a group of three points located 2 cun, 4 cun, and 6 cun above UB 60. They are needled together as a three point set.

Indications:

Pain in the scapula, lateral neck muscle pain, ribs, sternum, clavicle (lateral trapezius attachment), pleurisy, trapezius, and GB 21 pain.
