Herbal Medicine for Corona Virus

Do you have a prevention and treatment plan if you are not able to access hospitals and medical personnel?

As corona virus sweeps the world, it is crucial that we take various measures to protect ourself and families from this deadly virus.

Herbal medicines should be a part of the protective measures we take, as they can benefit us in several ways.

Who am I?  I am a doctor of Chinese medicine, with specialities in acupuncture and herbal medicine.  I have over 20 years of experience, and have studied in many university hospitals in China.  I work with some of the finest herbal medicine doctors and pharmacists in the world.

I have access to doctors reports coming out of China on corona virus, and am up to date on the best herbal treatments for COVID-19.
As doctors of Chinese Medicine we are very pro-active about Prevention and using the best herbs for treating coronavirus at all stages of infection
3 Primary Considerations
1. Prevention by Using Herbs to Boost your Immune System and Defenses
2. Using Herbs Accurately
3. Stages of Treatment
Let's Examine These in Greater Detail
Prevention of Coronavirus CoViD-19 by Using Herbs to Boost your immune System

Stage 1: Immune Support to Prevent Infection

One of the strengths of using Chinese medicine and herbs to prevent and treat coronavirus is that we take a very detailed approach.  The doctors in China at the front line of treating corona virus have identified four stages we need to consider.

Stage 1: Prevention by Using Immune Boosting Herbs

Stage 2: Early Stage Infection

Stage 3: Late Stage Infection

Stage 4: Recovery Phase

For prevention and people who are asymptomatic, I recommend formulas called Immune + or You Ping Feng San.  These formula contains many herbs to stimulate the immune system including Astragalus, Atractylodes, Rieshi, Cordyceps, Schiscandrae, and more.

Again, the Immune + and You Ping Feng San herbal formulas are preventative, and for people who are immunocompromised or asymptomatic.

Stage 2: Early Stage of Corona Virus Infection

Some of the early stage symptoms are sore throat, high fever, and dry cough.

At this first stage of infection we want to treat the virus with a famous formula called Yin Qiao San / Lonicera Complex.  This herbal formula contains Forysithia, Lonicera, Burdock seed, Licorice root, and many other ingredients. It is to be taken during the initial days of symptoms that include high fever and sore throat.

In many cases these herbs will stop the infection from preceding to the second stage.

OUr Products are produced by Pharmacists and Herbal Medicine Doctors
Research articles and sources on the herbs we use are Provided Below
A 1 month supply includes 4 bottles: 2 of the Immune + / Yu Ping Feng San and 2 bottles of Lonicera Complex / Yin Qiao San.*
*The Lonicera Complex and Yin Qiao formulas are very similar and work in the same way.  As we are in a pandemic supplies are limited.
Please Note: These formulas are available for prevention, early stage infection, and only by prescription.  The Lonicera Complex may be substituted with another formula called Yin Qiao San. Similarly, the Immune + formula may be substituted with You Ping Feng San, as they are essentially the same.  Included in your purchase is a health consultation and ongoing customer support.  We reserve the right to make substitutions based on stock and your personal needs.
Stage 3 of the Infection - Late Stage Infection and Pneumonia

If the corona infection proceeds further, we will need to take more aggressive measures and use herbs appropriate for a stage 3 infection.  This stage is typically marked by symptoms such as more difficulty breathing, chest congestion, mucus, phlegm, and fluids in the lungs.

At this stage the infection has become critical and pneumonia is developing.  Breathing will become difficult as fluid and mucus fill the lungs.  It is crucial to get medical care at this time, and the herbs should continue to be a part of treatment.  This is also the time when most people will want to go to their doctor or hospital.  Let's hope that we have access to the medical care we need.

Should pneumonia develop it is critical to see a doctor, and a ventilator may be required.  However, it is also essential to be prepared with the appropriate herbal medicines, as many of us may not have access to medical care.

Unraveling the Molecular Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Formulas Against Acute Airway Viral Infections

This publication discusses in great detail how various herbal formulas can be effective for viral infections of the respiratory system. The molecular mechanisms of how herbs work against viruses is discussed, including the active substances in the herbs, and how they affect the lungs and various viruses.  The article was published in Sep. 2019 and mentions "coronavirus, rhinovirus, influenza, parainfluenza virus, enteroviruses, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, etc."

A current update on the phytopharmacological aspects of Houttuynia cordata Thunb

This research discusses many of the therapeutic potentials related to Houttuynia, one of the herbs we use to treat corona.  A quote from the paper reads, "H. cordata exhibited significant inhibitory effects on SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV) 3C-like protease (3CLpro) and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase."
