In this video I explain a simple movement you can use when applying acupressure to points on the forearm. The points on the lung meridian from the region of LU 5 - LU 7 can be useful for back pain. These points tend to work best for upper back pain when it is located between the scapula and the spine. Typically the most effective points are about halfway up the arm, and 2 - 3 inches proximal and distal to the midpoint of the forearm.
