We provide both traditional and therapuetic yoga training for all levels of teaching.

Our courses are live-in intensives that are run in the spirit of ashram life. We encourage grounded development along your individual path and recognize the need for leadership in contributing to the holistic health of your community.

Maintaining the traditional principles of Hatha yoga and applying them to modern life, we base our practices in the 5 Great Elements, embrace the philosophies of Ayurveda and Tantra, and teach many techniques of meditation. The Elemental approach allows us to use many of the main styles of asana, from dynamic vinyasa to restorative yin yoga, and create an open format for lectures on Yoga Philosophy, the sutras of Patanjali, Ayurvedic Nutrition, 5 Element yoga therapy, Biodynamics, and Subtle Anatomy.  All of this is integrated with yogic theories and practices which includes the use of mudras, bhandas, chakra balancing, nadis, meridians, and meditation.

You will be teaching poses and sequences to each other in the first week in our micro lessons, and your development in teaching skills will become a natural progression in the style you are interested in.

Our courses are limited to 14 students as we are holding a sacred space for the individual path to unfold within the 5 Element journey. The courses are both experiential and study based intensives.

We are committed to creating a sacred space for you to unfold within a conscious healing process.

We aim to share, educate & inspire!
