Initial Registration and Deposits
If you are interested in attending one of our tours we encourage you to register. Space is limited for each tour, and to ensure a high quality experience we are only able to accept a limited number of participants.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon booking.
Full Payment Due Dates
Full payment is due 45 days before the first day the tour begins. Payments made after the 45 day deadline will be charged an extra $100.
Cancellations
If cancellation is requested after full payment has been made, $1000 will be refunded if the request is made 30 days before departure. No refund can be given to cancellations made 29 days or less before departure.
